Legality Guidance
If you are seeking guidance and are entering an ICE competition this season, you can email scoring@incrediblycoolevents.co.uk at least 10 working days in advance of the competition (or at least 10 working days before the date you require a response, as we receive a lot of queries at peak times). Please note that any response you are given is relevant only to ICE events. Also, it is important to note that performance errors on the competition floor may make skills illegal.
ICE Extravaganza Cheer & Dance Events (including Extra Cool & ICE Championships) all follow the IASF Rules. Coaches are responsible for knowing and understanding these rules prior to competition. Penalties are given for safety violations in accordance to IASF Rules.
For an official IASF legality ruling you will need to submit a video to cheer.rules@iasfworlds.com or dance.rules@iasfworlds.com.

Coaches Corner at Events
At each event you’ll find a Coaches Corner – a space for just coaches where you can take a quiet few minutes, grab some complimentary light refreshments, or catch up with other coaches over tea and toast.
A coach wristband is required for entry.
Note: Programmes receive free coaches passes to each event for up to every 15 athletes, as follows;
- 1-15 athletes = 1 free coach pass
- 16-30 athletes = 2 free coach passes
- 31-45 athletes = 3 free coach passes
- 46-60 athletes – 4 free coach passes
And so on.
Additional coach passes can be purchased for £15 each, subject to availability (they can be ordered on your registration form).
