WHO WE ARE
Incredibly Cool Events are a friendly, inclusive cheerleading and dance event provider based in the UK. We offer affordable competition opportunities for every team, regardless of competitive experience. We score against the IASF ruling in our cheerleading, group stunt, pom, jazz, contemporary, lyrical, hip hop and acro divisions.
HOW WE USE YOUR INFORMATION
At ICE, we store your information for company use only. We want to keep you notified about our events and merchandise. You have the rights to access the information we store about you. If you wish to access, alter or query any information please email info@incrediblycoolevents.co.uk
WHAT INFORMATION WE COLLECT
We store your name, email address, phone number and home address securely.
HOW WE COLLECT INFORMATION
The information we collect is what you provide us with. This is through signing up to our mailing list and registering on our website.
HOW LONG WE KEEP INFORMATION
For as long as you keep in touch with us, we will keep your information stored. If we do not hear from you for 6 years, your information will be deleted.
ATHLETE INFORMATION
We store athlete data in our system under password protection files. We will never pass this information out to third parties.
THIRD PARTIES
We do not disclose your information to third parties, unless required by law or to enforce our legal rights. We never sell your information to third parties.
WHAT YOU CAN DO
At any time, you can request the information we have stored about you. Please email info@incrediblycoolevents.co.uk for this. You can opt out of our emails by clicking the ‘unsubscribe from list’ button at the bottom of an email.
